I am so priviledged to be a missionary! I truly love, every second of it!
On Pday we had a nerf gun war!!!! It was really fun, but I was really sore after.
We were able to invite two less actives teens to a soccer activity at the church and they were tottally willing! Next step sacrament 🙂
We went to New Beginnings and took two less actives and an investigator and… Set her for BAPTISM! She’s should be baptized the first week of March!!! YAY!
We were able to convince the father of a part member family to join us in a message and answered a lot of the doubts he had!
We went out with a member and were just so busy working forgot about dinner so we hadn’t eaten since lunch at it was almost 9pm! She was so sweet and took me out to eat my favorite food, Thai!!! We talked about life and it was a great night!
We had zone training and tried out for something we call Zone Olympics where we competed and I made 3 events! As the official treat provider we brought Valentines cupcakes!
We volunteered at the library and community house this week and had great experiences!
We had a really succesful Relief Society activity!
We had Sioux Cities most famous Spaghetti at the Walkder’s house!
Had a Valentines Soccer tournament for our less actives and investigators!
Oh miracle of the week! I forgot to put on our headlights while we were driving and were pulled over by the police. He let us go without a ticket and we talked about how we were missionaries. I felt prompted to give him a Book of Mormon, so I did! I asked him if he had known any member of our church in the past and he said he had worked with Boy Scouts. We gave him our phone number and he said he would call us if we were interested!!
