This was a tough week for goodbyes. I don’t like goodbyes. You’d think it gets easier being on a mission. nope.
For pday we went to the carnival, it was a lot of fun! I got a little dizzy and tettered off the ride and handed the Hispanic man running the ride a pass along card, my companion just laughed 🙂
It get really hot here, look it says 102! I am not going to lie I love this weather so much better than winter though 🙂
Our first tough goodbye was with President and Sister Weston. I am so grateful for them! They were the best mission president and mission mom I could EVER ask for. I have learned so much from them and am excited for them and their new adventures!
Next goodbye was with the Robinson family, they were an incredible family and they are moving to Wyoming! We were really sad to see them go 😦
We just moved back into our new apartment, but the family we were living with for 2 weeks became like family to us. They were so sweet and it was really hard to say goodbye, but we will be visiting them every so often 😉
We got to go back and visit on Sunday and they were hosting a open house for one of my favorite people ever Sister Wilson… or Ashley now because she isn’t a missionary anymore.
Goodbyes and tears aside, we are really excited for the rest of this transfer, Sister Reynolds and I want this to be our most successful transfer ever and we are ready to hit the pavement running! Send prayers our way, we know this area has so much potential and we are ready to see some incredible miracles!
